Information you provide

Depending on how you contact us, this may include your name, organization, phone, email, airport or service location, aircraft type, requested service, timing, and notes you choose to share.

How it is used

ALTITUDE uses the information to understand the request, respond, check service availability, schedule work, and maintain appropriate business records.

Service requests sent through this website are stored in ALTITUDE’s secure Cloudflare lead inbox so the team can retrieve and follow up on them. We do not use the contents of the request for advertising.

Responses to a private website questionnaire may also be stored in the same Cloudflare account and used to draft or improve ALTITUDE website content. Names, credentials, customer quotes, photographs, and other sensitive claims are confirmed before publication.

What not to submit

Do not use the website form for passwords, payment-card data, security credentials, passenger manifests, or sensitive flight information that is not needed to evaluate the service request.

Website measurement

This site uses Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, general device and browser information, and interactions such as call and service-request clicks. A successful service-request submission is measured as a lead event; ALTITUDE does not intentionally send contact details or the contents of service-request forms to Google Analytics. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and process information such as an IP address.

Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services in its business data responsibility notice. This site does not currently use Google Analytics advertising features.

How long information is kept

ALTITUDE retains service-request and website-questionnaire information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, necessary business records, and applicable legal obligations.
